Mission Statement
New Bern Christian Academy exists as a ministry of New Life Free Will Baptist Church for the purpose of educating the minds of every young person with excellence while striving to cultivate in their hearts a passion for the Lord Jesus Christ and His work. These objectives are accomplished by providing quality spiritual, academic and social activities that encourage young people to achieve their individual best for the Glory of God.

The vision of New Bern Christian Academy is to become a school of excellence by providing a structured atmosphere that will challenge and direct each student to reach their fullest potential both academically and spiritually.
Middle School Program
NBCA Middle school students enjoy a program designed to augment basic academic skills in an enjoyable environment that encourages group interaction while developing individual responsibility. We are thankful for the opportunity to assist you in guiding your children through this transitional time in their lives and helping prepare them for success in their high school and college years.
NBCA middle school offers a traditional education that challenges students to think deeply and work hard. Throughout NBCA, our curriculum integrates biblical teaching with the traditional courses of study.

High School Program
NBCA seeks to equip students to acquire knowledge, think critically, and communicate effectively. Students can develop these skills through our traditional college prep courses, Honors classes, and dual-enrollment opportunities. In our commitment to prepare our students for academic success, NBCA offers a challenging and well-rounded curriculum including Fine Arts, volunteer service, spiritual development, and athletics. Beginning in 2022, NBCA is proud to offer CJROTC, which is the JROTC Program of Christian and Private Schools.
